My stay at Yas Island Rotana was a mix of good and not-so-great experiences. The staff, especially Kennedy, Jeryll, and Nouman, were incredibly helpful, but the service from a few team members was quite disappointing. I enjoyed the breakfast variety, although there were some hiccups with food availability during busy times. Overall, it offered decent value for the price, but I felt some areas need improvement.
